NSIANS provides design and development services for digital experiences. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

4. Payment and Billing

Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to deliverables as outlined in your project agreement. NSIANS retains the right to use anonymized work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSIANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes
